Philosophy:

The philosophy of ScanParks is based on the practice to make a positive difference to real estate developments - both for individual housing and overall planning - around Sweden, primarily through joining the best companies and organisations in respective disciplines together as one focus from the start until the outcome of a project and to deliver the next example of a proud result.
ScanParks is proud to deliver a positive contribution to Sweden's well organised society, especially in relation to environmental issues. We make it our task to strive for improvement of that already high level.

Here you can read a recapitulation of Sweden's very high performance in a yearly global enviroment survey.

Initiated by the Yale Center for Environmental Law and Policy (YCELP) and the Center for International Earth Science Information Network (CIESIN) of Columbia University, in collaboration with the World Economic Forum and the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission.
